During the years, IFSE gained several awards and acknowledgments thanks to its constant work of training and promoting Italian Haute Cuisine and Pastry.

Award given by “Italia a Tavola” to Raffaele Trovato, to celebrate the creation of IFSE project. A sculpture in glass and recycled crystal made by Master Carlo Baldessari from Modena.

Award given by “Golosaria” to Raffaele Trovato, for the contribution on agriculture related matters offered to his province.
