Big lover of food and pastry. Antonella works already since many years in the cake design industry leading courses and co-working with the most well-known pastry shops of Turin and its neighborhood. Ms Gisonna has undertaken a Diploma in Traditional Pastry at IFSE and with her creations she is able to arouse emotions that have gain numerous awards from a national to and international level of cake design.
