Work stations in marble and stainless steel, state-of-the-art equipment for the fascinating world of desserts and yeasts. The laboratory is equipped with kneading machines of different types, a sheeter, a static oven with hearthstone for pizza, panettone and pastry products, an ice-cream machine, a blast-chiller, a vacuum-packing machine, a microwave oven and all possible tools and small equipment for pastry-making.
